It’s these connections that make Quadient such an exceptional place to grow your career, develop your skills and make a real impact – help our future-focused business lead the way in powering secure and sustainable business connections through digital and physical channels. **Your profile** + Actively promote Quadient products and services to enhance customer engagement. + Deliver high-quality service and support for Quadient Canada products during customer site visits. + Manage and execute onsite installations, repairs, and maintenance with precision. + Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions promptly. + Educate customers on optimal utilization of equipment/products. + Manage inventory of replacement parts and essential equipment diligently. + Stay abreast of technological advancements, regulatory requirements, and engage in continuous professional development through company-sponsored training and external learning opportunities. + Generate timely and detailed service reports to ensure records are maintained accurately. + Document all installations and repairs meticulously. + Adhere strictly to the company’s established procedures and protocols. + Achieve or surpass established key performance indicators in field service. + Foster cooperation within the technical team and share knowledge across the organization. + Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations. + Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to bolster customer satisfaction. **Qualifications & Experience:** + Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential. + Demonstrated experience in Field Service is highly advantageous. + Team-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. + Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment. + Experience with copier machines, printers/scanners, ATMs, PCs, appliances, or vending machines is beneficial. + Excellent verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to listen and respond to customer needs. + Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships. + Effective time management skills to handle appointments and maintain schedules efficiently. + High organizational skills with a developed sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks. + Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. + Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a commendable driving record; ability to travel within assigned territories is required. + Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and participate in dual lifts up to 68 kg. This position has a salary range of $43,400.00 - $50,000 CAD Annually _Quadient CXM Canada, Inc. and Quadient Canada, Ltd. have standard ranges for all Canadian_ **_-_** _based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage.
