**Now Hiring Experienced Service Technicians!** **$30-$38 P/hr** **Located in Denver, NC** **Job Description** We are seeking a Service Technician for our new Denver, NC location. This role involves troubleshooting electrical issues for commercial ovens over the phone and providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility where all fridges are assembled in-house, with a shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot all electrical issues for ovens over the phone. + Provide guidance to customers on troubleshooting using available ovens for reference. + Dispatch service technicians to customer sites if issues cannot be resolved over the phone. + Respond to telephone calls, email, and web requests for technical support. + Handle hotline support, dispatch breakdown service, installations, and follow-up to ensure timely completion. + Assist the service team with managing and developing Service Agents throughout all regions. + Plan and achieve service team goals and objectives. + Provide communication to Service Agents on performance to ensure appropriate actions meet customer needs. + Address complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner. + Ensure inventory is operational and available for sale or training. + Authorize warranty service and approve service agent warranty invoices. + Stay current on industry performance standards, best practices, trends, and service levels. **Essential Skills** + 5-10 years of relevant experience. + Commercial/food service experience with hot side, ovens, and cooking equipment. + Mechanical aptitude. + Understanding in 3 phase power and electronics technology troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Gas experience is a plus. + Ability to lift 20-50 pounds. + Sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership. **Why Work Here?** We offer 20 days of paid time off per year in addition to 12 paid holidays.
