**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** We are a growing sales and service company specializing in Compressed Air Product Solutions for industrial applications throughout Northeast Indiana and Northwest Ohio. Since 1945, we have been distributing and servicing products from top manufacturers in compressed air solutions. We pride ourselves on maintaining professional, courteous, honest, and helpful relationships with all existing and potential customers. Excellent attendance, punctuality, and attitude are essential for a Service Technician in this field. The industrial compressed air solutions market is fast-changing and exciting to work in. **Responsibilities** + Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of air compressors and compressed air-related equipment. + Develop relationships and trust with maintenance personnel and facility managers/owners of customers. + Perform 10% of work in-house and 90% in the field at customer sites. + Service common equipment such as air compressors, air dryers, and blowers. **Essential Skills** + Industrial Maintenance Experience + Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge + Customer Service Oriented + Clean driving record + Own tooling **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Air Compressor Experience + Refrigerant Certifications + Electronics and Computer Knowledge **Why Work Here?** **You will be provided with a take-home vehicle after 90 days, as well as a cell phone and laptop.** We offer a dynamic and engaging work environment with a focus on professional development and growth. **Work Environment** This is a field service job where 90% of the work will be completed onsite at industrial customers within a 100-mile radius of the Fort Wayne location. You will be provided with a company vehicle and credit card for travel expenses. Technicians will work in a variety of industrial facilities that range in cleanliness. **The working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.** **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of **Fort Wayne, Indiana** . **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
