In this role, you will manage the technical service support to Ecolab customers in Institutional and Textile Care Division customers.

What You Will Do:

Safety

Operate in a safety culture ensuring you follow all safety guidelines and incident reporting requirementsAct as a safety champion with Ecolab employees and customers

Account Management & Customer Value Delivery

Ensure smooth operations of Ecolab assets at customer location by minimising the downtimeAttend to the breakdown calls and deliver the agreed turnaround time.Follow the preventive maintenance schedulesComplete the new installations as per high standards of Ecolab qualityGenerate Ecolab Sales and Service reports where assigned

Position Details:

Position involves daily extensive travel within UAEInvolves working in high temperature and humidity environment at customer locationsRotational working during weekends and long holidays

Minimum Qualifications:

Science graduate, Engineering or equivalentUnderstanding of electrical circuits working
