Installation of equipment Cross Lead & trusted advisor Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, calibration, verification, etc Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction Interact with customers’ technical teams Develop customer's staff by providing technical training.
