We are looking for a Service technician (m/f/d) to join our service department.
In a short period of time, you will not only immerse yourself in the technology of our products, but also learn how to take care of our customers. You will quickly take on responsibility and support customers throughout Germany, Europe and in a few cases even worldwide - a broad variety of tasks and a steep learning curve are guaranteed.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Commissioning our new plants and systems at the customer's site Familiarising the customer with the basic functions and basic structure of the plant and systems Maintenance and calibration of the plants and systems at the customer's premises Fault analysis and repair of the plants and systems at the customer's premises Customer support for problems via telephone and e-mail. Preparation and follow-up of service callsWho You Are: You solicit both input and discussion. You build the customer relationships. You manage uncertainty with confidence. You are open to change and continue to learn and experience new opportunities. You balance planning with actions.
For This Role, You Will Need: Completed training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician, preferably with further training as a technician or equivalent Customer-orientated, cost-conscious and structured way of working Good IT knowledge (SW and HW) Reading circuit diagrams and functional diagrams Good written and spoken German and English skills Ability to work in a team Willingness to travel and class B driving licence
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Knowledge of various bus systems (EtherCat, CAN, Profinet, Profibus) is an advantage
