Job Purpose

Provide technical and application support for EnerSys products and services, in the assigned area against profitable margins and in line with the business plan, in order to contribute to the realization of service- related sales and service targets

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Troubleshooting and fault resolution, maintenance, and repair of our products within a designated area. Supporting installation and assembly work for complex battery charging systems, including commissioning. Preparing maintenance and service reports after customer visits. Performing routine inspections. Conducting tests in accordance with BGV A3 standards. Providing customer support and consultation. Offering and selling service and maintenance contracts. Spare parts management. Qualifications Completed education in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics. Relevant work experience. A Class 3 driver’s license. Other Reqirements Independent work. Team orientation. Willingness and ability to learn. High motivation. Strong customer focus.
