Essential Responsibilities include but are not limited to;\n\nEnsures that all processes and procedures are followed for repair service as defined in the Equipment Service operating procedures.\nParticipates in the Red Wave Program (Upon completion of step level Red Wave program, you will earn addition compensation).\nEnsures proper stock levels, replenishment of parts, and periodic reconciliation.\nMaintains assigned vehicle and tools per department policy.\nResponds to repair calls assigned by the dispatcher in an efficient and productive manner, while maintaining performance to department standards.\nProvides prompt, professional and accurate response to customer concerns and questions.\nProvides the dispatcher with immediate communication as needed on any customer concerns, complaints, or service issues.\nProvides the dispatcher with completed call information as per the Equipment Service operating procedures.\n\n

Requirements\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nValid Class D license and a clean driving record\nExcellent communication skills, both written and oral\nTechnical and administrative skills with ability to be detail oriented to perform follow up\nBasic knowledge of computer boards\nElectrical and Mechanical aptitude\nSatisfactory completion of DOT medical evaluation and drug tests\n\n
