Job Description

Summary:

As a Service Technician, you will be the backbone of our operation, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance that keep our customers on the road and satisfied.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and efficient repairs based on repair orders while adhering to dealership and factory standards.Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and execute repairs with precision.Collaborate with the parts department to ensure timely access to needed components.Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle conditions and additional work needed.Maintain a tidy and organized work area, while following all safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications1+ years as an Automotive Technician, with dealership experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong diagnostic skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.Valid driver’s license and a good driving recordAll applicants must be authorized to work in the USAAll applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license

Bonus Points:

Experience with luxury brands (BMW, Audi, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz) and BMW certifications are a plus

Compensation (Hourly: Flat-Rate):

Union Contract Scale: $35.93 to $51.64 / hourDepending on experience and qualificationsUp to $10K signing bonus​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Depending on experience and qualifications

**The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $41.37 and $51.64 an hour**
