The Service Training Coordinator is responsible for answering phones and emails related to service training, assigns techs to dealerships in SAP and also researches issues as they arise.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates or equivalent experience

2 years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using SAP or equivalent ERP

LMS Experience

Essential Duties:

Answers phones and follows up with proper actions.

Replies to emails on a timely basis with accurate information.

Make changes in the Learning Management System for techs.

Maintains accurate Tech I.D. training data in appropriate systems.

Knowledge and Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook);

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;

Effective prioritization and time management skills;

Ability to multi-task with attention to detail.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.  On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
