What you will do to contribute to the company's success

Platform Administration:

Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including user management, access control, and performance monitoring.

Perform routine system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.

Configuration & Customization:

Configure and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts based on business requirements.

Create and manage forms, fields, and reports to support various departments.

Incident & Change Management:

Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless functionality.

Implement change management processes to test and deploy updates without disrupting business operations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Provide training and support to end users to maximize adoption and effective use of the platform.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements using ServiceNow capabilities.

Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend and implement system enhancements.

Documentation & Reporting:

Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process workflows, configuration changes, and user guides.

Generate dashboards and reports to provide insights into system usage, performance, and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2–5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.

Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or related modules.

Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.

Experience with API integrations and third-party tool configurations is a plus.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
