This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, a leading IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, and contribute to the implementation of critical business solutions.
Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Intern, you will have the opportunity to support our ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, IRM, Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge and NowAssist initiatives and gain valuable experience working on a variety of projects within our ServiceNow environment. You will work closely with very experienced professionals to learn the ins and outs of ServiceNow, assist with platform customization, configuration, and integration, and help improve IT processes through automation and ServiceNow best practices.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service CatalogSupport the customization of ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripts under the guidance of senior team membersParticipate in testing and troubleshooting ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet business needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platformAssist with data integration and migration tasks between ServiceNow and other systemsDocument process flows, workflows, and other technical specifications for ServiceNow configurationsAttend team meetings, contribute to discussions, and help identify opportunities for improvement in existing processesDevelop knowledge and skills related to ITIL best practices and ServiceNow platform updatesBasic Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamA passion for learning and growing in the field of IT Service ManagementUS citizenshipPreferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM platformsServiceNow “on demand” trainingPrior Help Desk experience to aid in troubleshooting is a plus, but not requiredPersonal interest in ServiceNow and/or interest in starting a career as a ServiceNow professionalWhy Intern with Us?
