In the role of ServiceNow Application Manager, we'll count on you to:Serve as the primary strategic planner, vendor liaison, and advocate for applications (applied technology of a group of products/applications/software tools) that satisfy a Core Business Functional (CBF) area in the company.Work with CBF, understand their needs, define requirements, and develop application strategy to address those needs.Manage and optimize the ServiceNow environment, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the ServiceNow platform.Ensure the ServiceNow platform is aligned with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field, or combination of education and relevant experienceA minimum of 5 years application management experience, including management of multiple concurrent projectsExperience in working with business users to establish priorities and manage expectationsExperience in application development and administration desiredExperience in web-based or portal development Excellent client service, interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-starter, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervisionStrong verbal and written communication skills and capable of performing tasks in a dynamic environment many times working under tight delivery schedulesEngineering and/or Construction background a plusAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
