Job Description
Lead the ServiceNow Center of Excellence supporting Indigo and Industrial Print.Manage a global application team (including scrum masters, developers, QA, and architect) across multiple agile scrum teams, leading and supporting the team's professional growth while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Oversee the entire platform lifecycle - from strategic planning and development to deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.Manage productivity enhancements, including faster issue to resolution and automated deployments, to improve responsiveness and system stability.Drive execution of the business roadmap by developing advanced end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and integrating with HP systems.Handle high-priority support escalations, resolve recurring issues, enhance system reliability and drive initiatives to mitigate risks.Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders, presenting strategic updates and aligning ServiceNow initiatives with overarching business objectives to drive organizational growthDrive Agile delivery, utilizing Jira and Confluence, enhance transparency, and foster cross-team collaboration in alignment with Agile methodology.Partner with external vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow features and capabilities, driving continuous platform evolution and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT systems in a global organizationExperience with cloud deployment processesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.Familiarity with ServiceNow implementation in a global organizationAbility to work in Agile environments, using Jira and Confluence toolsAbility to manage high-priority escalations and deliver results under pressure.Experience in Executing business roadmap and strategy.#LI-POST
