ServiceNow Application Manager

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for managing a diverse team of exempt individual contributors, supervisors, and managers supporting complex business units or IT management functions. The role engages in the development of protocols for systems and software, while also managing infrastructure design, acquisition, implementation, operation, and maintenance. The role serves as a key advisor to senior management, provides strategic direction, aligns projects with organizational goals, and analyzes financial and operational results for improvement. The role also provides architectural and engineering leadership and drives talent management efforts, including recruitment, performance coaching, and career development.

Lead the IT ServiceNow application supporting Infrastructure and End-User Services Organization.Manage a global application team (including scrum masters, developers, QA, and architect) across multiple agile scrum teams, leading and supporting the team's professional growth while ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Oversee the entire platform lifecycle - from strategic planning and development to deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.Manage productivity enhancements, including faster issue to resolution and automated deployments, to improve responsiveness and system stability.Drive execution of the business roadmap by developing advanced end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and integrating with HP systems.Handle high-priority support escalations, resolve recurring issues, enhance system reliability and drive initiatives to mitigate risks.Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders, presenting strategic updates and aligning ServiceNow initiatives with overarching business objectives to drive organizational growthDrive Agile delivery, enhance transparency, and foster cross-team collaboration in alignment with Agile methodology.Partner with external vendors and stakeholders to evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow features and capabilities, driving continuous platform evolution and competitive advantage.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in IT supervisory, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $136,850 - $210,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
