About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Architect. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Establishes a forward-looking vision for the product area, ensures quality technical delivery, reduces technical debt and drives modernization.Provides technical solutions and guidance on ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Discovery, ITAM (IT Asset Management), integrations and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)Continuously identify improvement and innovation opportunities on CMDB architecture, including data models, relationships, and attributes, that is align with industry best practices.Develop and design strategy to ensure data integrity and accuracy through data reconciliation, normalization, and data quality improvements.Design, define and enforce CMDB governance policies, standards, and procedures for data quality, access control, lifecycle management, and audit compliance.Provide architectural inputs on ServiceNow modules like CMDB, ITAM, and Service Mapping.Work with product management team in the creation and maintenance of CMDB, Discovery & ITAM roadmap.Collaborates with product management and other architects for overall architecture alignment.Train and mentor other team members of the ServiceNow Platform with strong focus on the Platform, CMDB, discovery, ITAM and CSDM.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Understands ServiceNow, ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) processes, CSDM model, CMDBFlow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), Catalog Development/Deployment End-End API testing, deployment, and integration Azure fundamentals, Azure DevOps Experience coordinating with multiple product teams.
