We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/ Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and the Integration Hub. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and integration capabilities.
Your Impact:
Design and develop ServiceNow applications and customizations to meet business requirements, following best practices and industry standards.Implement and configure ITSM processes, including Incident ManagementProblem Management, Change Management, and Service CatalogDesign and implement ITOM solutions, such as Event Management, Discovery Orchestration, and Cloud ManagementDevelop and maintain ITAM processes, including Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and License ManagementIntegrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using Integration Hub, ensuring seamless data exchange and synchronizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements and align solutions with business objectivesParticipate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenanceEnsure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions through testing, debugging, and optimizationProvide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior team membersStay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements and upgradesSuccessful Candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Integration Hub.Certified ServiceNow System Administrator at a minimum. Additional certifications a strong plusProficient in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, etc.) and ServiceNow application development best practices.Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration methodsStrong understanding of IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Asset Management processes and best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience in project management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management is a plusPrior experience with Implement and optimize ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management (PPM) processes, including project planning, resource management, demand management, and portfolio reporting preferredRisk Strategies is the 9th largest privately held U.S. brokerage firm offering comprehensive risk management advice, insurance and reinsurance placement for property & casualty, employee benefits, private client services, as well as consulting services and financial & wealth solutions. At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $130,000.00 - $180,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
