Job Description Insight Global is looking for Responsible for all a fully remote ServiceNow Architect. This person will be responsible for workflow codes changes and any required scripting, with a preference for "out-of-box" functionality to facilitate accepting upgrades, improved development velocity, and minimizing tech debt. Creating and maintaining REACT.JS user interfaces served from within ServiceNow. When necessary, create well-formed, easy to read scripts with comments explaining functionality. Responsible for development of additional features and enhancement to FSO suite of modules, including: CSM, Next Gen Experience, ATF, Change, APP Engine, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Decision Builder, Integration Hub, and Performance Analytics. To work extensively in Integration Hub on external integrations in partnership with the data engineering team using Web Services over SOAP, REST, and Graph. Creating the of design documents, test cases & unit testing, and regression suites. Working with the Product Manager to manage the backlog and prioritize work. Ability to architect with security up front.
