Responsibilities
• Expand capabilities in our ServiceNow GRC module by enhancing data access, table relationships, and integrating with other applications in our risk management portfolio.
• Grow these integrations utilizing integration hubs, orchestration, web services, APIs, and related transform mappings and tables.
• Manage update sets, testing, and documentation needed to deploy ServiceNow enhancements and fixes.
• Build out and mentor scripting in JavaScript for Indicators in ServiceNow to grow more complex controls.
• Contribute to the enterprise ServiceNow roadmap to represent control automation capabilities, system maintenance, upgrade schedule, and system improvements.
• Drive new technology standards’ onboarding, review and approval process workflow to minimize all manual processes.
• Translate control requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the ServiceNow platform.
• Foster effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
• Support the management of entities, entity types, control objectives, indicators, attestations, issues, portals, workflows, flow designer, and other ServiceNow development functions.
• Triage and support resolution of issues from end-users on the ServiceNow GRC modules.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• 5 years' experience in software development and 3 years minimum in ServiceNow development, administration and platform support. ServiceNow certifications highly valued.
• Two years' experience using JavaScript, and experience in other related languages and libraries.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in the ServiceNow development process and workflow and the Agile Development process model.
• Understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Solid experience in the CMDB and it's asset classes and structure.
• Experience working on dependencies of the GRC module such as Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Service Portal, Dashboarding/Reporting, etc.,
• Experience managing CMDB health, integrations, discovery, and service mapping.
• Works well in a team environment and is comfortable with an extremely fast pace, switching priorities, and multitasking.
