ServiceNow Business Analyst 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst who will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, documenting processes, and ensuring successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow projects.

·         Identify areas for process improvement within the organization and recommend ServiceNow solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

·         Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.

·         Create detailed documentation including requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.

·         Act as a mediator between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.

·         Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.

·         Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow applications and processes.

·         Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend enhancements to existing implementations.

Preferred Candidate:

5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years specifically focused on ServiceNow.Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.Experience with ServiceNow scripting and workflows.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and develop innovative solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.SAFe for Teams/BA certification preferred.
