The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Requirements Analyst with strong ServiceNow expertise to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications

Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and build consensus among diverse stakeholders

Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization using ServiceNow capabilities

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to address business needs.

Design and optimize workflows within the ServiceNow platform

Create detailed functional specifications and process flow diagrams

Perform user acceptance testing and validate that solutions meet business needs

Conduct user training.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations.

Stay current with ServiceNow updates and best practices, recommending new features and functionalities as appropriate

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Support IT Project Manager and Scrums



Qualifications:
Required:

TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.

BA/BS degree and 7 years of experience. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree 9 years of experience if AA/AS, or 11 additional years of experience with HS diploma.

Extensive experience decomposing ServiceNow requirements and workflows, as well as excellent understanding of the ServiceNow suite of applications.

Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.

Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.

Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.

Experience applying ITIL 4 practice

Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partners.

Fully capable with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook).

Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately.

Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong public speaking skills and professional demeanor required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired:

Backend development experience with JavaScript’s programming language

ServiceNow certification

ServiceNow development

ITIL 4 certification

Scrum Master certification

Release Train Engineering experience

Project management experience

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$103,800 - $218,100
