ServiceNow Co-op   This is a full-time co-op for the duration of the summer semester - this will be a hybrid position located in Cincinnati. This position will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior leadership. You will be working within the ServiceNow space, learning about this industry-leading platform via hands-on experience. This position will focus on enhancing our virtual agent chat capabilities to enable self-resolution of simple IT issues. Additionally, this position will help us to improve the search capabilities within our ServiceNow knowledge base by identifying issues and leveraging new metadata capabilities.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with gathering virtual chat conversation requirements, researching and applying industry best practices into those requirements. Interface with ServiceNow tools, and other ITSM team members to assist with design, build and test activities related to each new chat conversation defined. Interface with ServiceNow tools and other ITSM team members to build out new capabilities to search our product catalog using metadata. Interface with ServiceNow tools and other ITSM team members to identify and correct search issues within our knowledge base.  Other duties as assigned Requirements   We know the right candidate may not meet all requirements.
