Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

The Project Manager & Functional Lead will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end deployment and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, particularly focusing on contract management. This role requires a strong background in project management, functional leadership, experience with ServiceNow deployment, and expertise in contract management processes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Project Management:Lead and manage ServiceNow deployment projects from initiation to closure.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.Functional Lead:Act as the primary functional lead for ServiceNow deployment projects.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team.Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.Provide guidance and support to the project team on functional aspects of the project.ServiceNow Deployment:Oversee the deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules.Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing systems and processes.Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the deployed solutions.ServiceNow Contract Management Implementation:Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Contract Management module.Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements

Qualifications 

Required: 

High school diploma/GED12 + years of experienceMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
