ServiceNow CSM Solution Architect

 

 

ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for designing and governing ServiceNow CSM solutions, which are scalable, integrated, compliant, and aligned with business needs; guides technical teams, and ensures delivery excellence across the platform.

 

Position:

 

Translate business requirements into well-architected ServiceNow solutions Design and oversee complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers and administrators. Review solution designs for adherence to architectural standards and performance best practices Work closely with business process owners, business analysts, enterprise architects, and project managers to ensure alignment between solution capabilities and business needs Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap evolution Proactively analyze technology trends & JTI business demand to identify upcoming opportunities Support project estimation, solution validation, and delivery planning Oversee technical implementation and ensure timely resolution of architectural or design issues; Review and sign off on developed solutions at the key quality gates. Maintain a high level of expertise through learning, conferences, customer focus groups, etc.

 

Requirements: 

 

University degree in IT or equivalent 5+ years of IT working experience in multinational companies 4+ years of experience as a member of ServiceNow implementations, including business requirements gathering, development, testing, and cutovers Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow CSM module. Good understanding of solution architecture concepts, standards, and patterns, experience in the technology selection process  Strong experience in ServiceNow Platform Governance and administration, DevOps, and integration technologies Strong development experience in Agile projects Good understanding of technology trends like cloud, analytics, mobility, integration, big data, security, etc. Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and to challenge status quo Ability to deliver on time, follow up promptly on any issues and/or risks identified Team leader experience is a plus Fluent English written and spoken
