We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer, who can provide scalable solutions and work independently and be a good team player. This individual will be also responsible for the day-to-day operations, administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, and configuration of ServiceNow tool.Key Responsibilities:Design, Develop and implement ServiceNow customization and automationsGather requirements and business process knowledge from various users and document themMaintain and improve existing processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.Prepare and maintain technical documents for future reference and knowledgeQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.4+ years of hand-on experience in ServiceNow customization, development and process automationProficiency in SQL/PLSQLSolid Integration experience (REST, SOAP, scripted webservices).Experience with Integration Service with Google spaces, smart sheet and Oracle etc.Service Catalogue experienceTroubleshooting (Experience using the ServiceNow debugger tool)Scripting (Ajax, GlideRecord, ServiceNow API etc)Following the best practicesSelf-motivated with excellent organization and problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts.Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills.
