What you will do
• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, or similar modules.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and other technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) and UI/UX design within the platform.
• Demonstrated experience in leading development projects and mentoring junior developers.
Certifications:
• ServiceNow CSA is must
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is highly preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
You will bring
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, and other web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience 4-10 years
• Work Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore/Chennai/Kolkata/Pune
