What is this about? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our organization. The role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and modules, strong JavaScript skills, and PowerShell skills. What can you expect from the position? Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions and modules, ensuring they meet business needs. Fulfill requests by working directly with users for requirements definition, design, proof of concept demonstrations, UAT, and training. Develop and implement solutions for service catalog administration, workflow/flow and service portal to improve user experience. Utilize use business rules, client scripts, UI policies and all other fundamental capabilities of ServiceNow. And perform platform regression testing for minor and major release upgrades. Complete daily BAU activities for discovery, monitoring discovery schedules, and correcting errors. Work closely with server, network and CMDB teams to extend discovery to storage systems, networks and cloud (Azure, OCI and AWS). We’re looking for someone with: A current Certified System Administrator certification. Working knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and troubleshooting. Experience with ITSM (request management, incident management), ITOM (discovery), ITAM (hardware / software asset mgmt.) and ITBM applications (demand/PPM). Proficiency in service catalog administration, workflow/flow development, and service portal/employee center development. Strong JavaScript experience & building integrations using REST API. Certified ServiceNow Application Developer Certification (Nice to have). Why work for us?
