Provides development and maintenance related support for ServiceNow tool implementation and customization.Expected to have knowledge and/or experience in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript), plus knowledge in Service Now low code/no code called the NOW platform.Designs and develops customized reports while applying code level changes in ServiceNow environment in order to develop tailored views.Able to implementing different ServiceNow modules and customize as needed.
