What You Will Do:
As a ServiceNow Developer, you are an integral team member responsible for the design and development of core ServiceNow capabilities for in accordance with client requirements. Teams work with various clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, current architecture, and approach needed for success of the engagement. Developers provide tool and capability recommendations based on your experience and research of the current product functionality.

Responsible for supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise Service Management solutions in ServiceNowFollowing industry standards, the successful candidate will collaborate with the existing internal ServiceNow team (and customers) on activities and development projects


What You Will Need:

3 years Consultative experience and well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include, ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, etc.Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF) desiredLocal to DC area and able to come in person 2 times a weekActive Secret or ability to obtain Secret clearance.Domain expertise in at least one ServiceNow product (ITSM, HRSD, GRC, CSM, SPM)Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards.Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Development efforts will include (but are not limited to) custom portal pages, modules, API and software integrations, customized web pages, User interface policies, scripts, etcThe ServiceNow Developer will participate in administration of ServiceNow to include upgrades, updates, etc. as neededMaintains technical expertise relevant industry standards and best practices in ServiceNowEnsures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraintsDevelops creative technical solutions to complex problemsWork is performed based on documented Project Implementation PlansExercises judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining resultsApplies technical expertise and knowledge of other related disciplines3+ years of proven ServiceNow development experience with relevant certsExperience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferredCIS- IT Service Management, Certified Systems Admin or other ServiceNow certifications preferredAgile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications
