• ServiceNow Basics (Client Script, Business rules, Script include, UI action, Ui policy, Data policy, Import Set, Notifications, Reports, Database Views, Surveys, SLA, ACL Record Producer)
• Experience related to Flow Designer (Flows, Sub-flows, Template)
• JavaScript experience
• Developing and maintaining scoped apps, extended database tables, and Update sets
• Experience with ITSM Change module
• Administration
• Administering day-to-day aspects for ITSM, ITOM, APM, and CMDB
• Following best practices for overall performance and annual ServiceNow Cloud instance upgrades
• Troubleshooting experience (including Discovery)
• CMDB
• Best practice in configuration and implementation
• Data quality and governance

• APM (Application Portfolio Management)
• Integration (Good to Have)
• Integrating with other software applications and tools – including API and database integration
• Developing custom end-points for use with Integration Hub
