Description Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to implement new forms, workflows, flows, and scripting to produce effective processes for customer use. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for our ServiceNow platform, supporting IT service management to automate business processes. Your role will involve designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance our platfor Responsibilities • Develop technical solutions requiring collaboration with internal experts, deep analyses, and understanding of impact on the end-product/solution • Communicate effectively with internal and client project team members, influencing team members regarding solution design process and/or approaches • Write and maintain source code, creating and maintaining software applications • Apply frameworks involved in a software release • Manage configuration, testing, and bug fixing involved in creating and maintaining applications and frameworks involved in a software release life cycle • Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables • Coach and review the work of lower level technical staff • Resolve technical problems and issues that are unclear and require deep technical knowledge • Utilize your deep understanding and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts of the technical domain, and your broad understanding of other related specialty areas • Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements •Required Skills + Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow app development. + Experience with Workflow/Flow designer and areas such as: Service Portal, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB. • + Expert level understanding of the ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities. + Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web Services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, JSON, XML). + Must be able to obtain federal security clearance. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: + ServiceNow training and Certifications + Experience with ITIL, Service Management, scripting, HTML, and CSS. + Advanced understanding of object-oriented JavaScript. + Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations.
