Job Description Day-to-Day  Develop and configure the ServiceNow environment, including UI customizations and Business Rules.  Assist with day-to-day administration and support processes like Request, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, and custom applications.  Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks such as configuration, integration, testing, requirements gathering, and solution design.  Work with business users to refine requirements and workflows and develop system integrations and process automation.  Schedule and verify instance clones, support update set creation and migration and identify and remediate errors.  Maintain expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, contribute to releases, and create technical documentation and test scripts for QA processes.
