**Job title** ServiceNow Developer **_About the job_** **Our** **Team:** The ServiceNow team is a multinational team that supporters 70 manufacturing sites and all of Sanofi’s locations in 170 countries using ServiceNow. + **Main responsibilities:** + **Solution Design:** Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. + **Development:** Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. + **Integration:** Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications. + **Configuration:** Configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM (Discovery & Mapping, Data Governance, CMDB Management), HRSD, and CSM. + **Scripting:** Write and maintain complex client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other custom scripts. + **Testing and Debugging:** Perform thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality and functionality. + **Documentation:** Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed applications and processes. + **Mentorship:** Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver robust solutions. + **Best Practices:** Implement and promote ServiceNow best practices and industry standards. + **Support:** Provide advanced support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. **_About you_** + _Education: _ _Bachelor's degree in computer science_ _, Information Technology, or a related field._ + _Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer,_ _and_ _at least 2 years in a senior or lead role._ + _Skills:_ + 5+ years of extensive experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. + Deep understanding of ServiceNow Platform Architecture, Components, CMDB and CSDM Data Foundation. + Experience with AI Operations (Artificial Intelligence) and Event Mgmt. + Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. + Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques. + Dashboard andReportsdevelopment. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and leadership skills. + Experience withAgile/Scrum methodologies. + Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. + _Preferred Qualifications:_ + _ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications._ **Proven** **track record** **of leading successful ServiceNow projects.** _Pursue progress, discover extraordinary_ Better is out there.
