Job Description An employer is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to help maintain and enhance the company's current service catalog. You will support the team and help identify, track and report on configuration items, including software, hardware, and other IT assets. Additionally, you will continuously monitor and improve the service catalog/service request process to ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and regulatory requirements. Skills and Requirements Proficiency in Service Now (service catalog configuration), service owners (exp managing, implementing, service catalog), service management requests Version 4.   At least 3 years of experience with service catalog.   At least 3 years of experience in ITSM configuration management and CMDB management.
