Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. **_Accountabilities_** + Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. + Works closely with customers, Business Analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. + Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget. + Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code. + Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design; performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. + Provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts and programmers. + Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. + Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook, and the Guidelines for Business Conduct. + Champions a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vison/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team. **_Reporting Relationships_** **_Primary Manager:_** + _Servicenow Development Practice Lead_ **_Direct Reports:_** N/A **_Shared Reports (solid/dotted if applicable):_** N/A **_Dimensions_** + Must be able to work on at least 5 projects at the same time. + Provide guidance to junior members in the team. + Work without supervision on project work. + Level 3 production support **Education / Experience / Other Information** + Computer Science Diploma or Degree; or related work experience. + ITIL Foundation certification or training + ServiceNow Advanced System Administrator certified or training (nice to have) + ServiceNow Scripting certification or training. + Possess in-depth knowledge of a single large or multiple small applications. + Has experience in systems design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies.
