Position: ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

Forward Air is seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our growing enterprise IT team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and using the platform to create business efficiencies, improve end user experience and integrate with new tools and services. 

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications, integrations and services Collaborate with Forward Air internal customers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Identify opportunities to improve business outcomes through automation and advanced ServiceNow AI capabilities Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the ServiceNow Platform as necessary Monitor and maintain the ServiceNow Platform, mid-servers and integrations Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases and enhancements Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD Experience with ITOM a plus Minimum 2 years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer

Skills:

Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow automation and discovery Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills
