What You Will Do:
 

As a ServiceNow Developer, you are an integral team member responsible for the design and development of core ServiceNow capabilities for in accordance with client requirements. Teams work with various clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, current architecture, and approach needed for success of the engagement. Developers provide tool and capability recommendations based on your experience and research of the current product functionality.

Responsible for supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of enterprise Service Management solutions in ServiceNowFollowing industry standards, the successful candidate will collaborate with the existing internal ServiceNow team (and customers) on activities and development projectsDevelopment efforts will include (but are not limited to) custom portal pages, modules, API and software integrations, customized web pages, User interface policies, scripts, etcThe ServiceNow Developer will participate in administration of ServiceNow to include upgrades, updates, etc. as neededMaintains technical expertise relevant industry standards and best practices in ServiceNowEnsures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraintsDevelops creative technical solutions to complex problemsWork is performed based on documented Project Implementation PlansExercises judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining resultsApplies technical expertise and knowledge of other related disciplines


What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Domain expertise in at least one ServiceNow product (ITSM, ITBM, GRC, CRM)Minimum THREE (3) years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and a development method.Minimum Three (3) years of experience with web hosted applications, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations.Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards.Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.Ability to obtain a security clearance


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP and REST preferredCIS- IT Service Management, Certified Systems Admin or other ServiceNow certifications preferredAgile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications
