We focus on business problems related to cybersecurity, risk & compliance, human resources, enterprise architecture and configuration management along with being technical experts in all areas of the ServiceNow platform.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
A ServiceNow HRSD developer is a professional who designs, configures, and customizes the ServiceNow platform and the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) application. They also provide end-to-end support and perform testing, change management, release management, and deployment for the implemented solutions. Some of the skills and responsibilities of a ServiceNow HRSD developer are:
Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications and integrations with other programsLearning about the latest developments in one or more aspects of computer programmingTraining, documentation, and support for the users and stakeholders of the ServiceNow platform and HRSD applicationExperience in implementing HRSD, especially in large, global transformations.Good experience on Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration developmentStrong technical knowledge of all ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSDGood hands on knowledge and experience of JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets, web servicesExperience working within Agile delivery methodology.Must be ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.Qualifications:
