Key Responsibilities

Development and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements and best practicesIntegration of ServiceNow to other systems/platforms via API, web services, or orchestrationTroubleshooting and resolution of functional, performance, and/or security-related issuesUpgrade and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and integrationsCollaboration with other developers, product managers, testers, and stakeholdersKeeping up-to-date with latest ServiceNow features and trendsContribute to the team’s growth through mentorship and knowledge sharing

Key Capabilities/Experience (Minimum Qualifications)

Must Have

At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow professional (CSA/CAD)Experience working with products/modules such as ITSM, GRC, and BCMBasic knowledge with JavaScriptWorked with Agile/Scrum and DevOps environmentFamiliarity with Azure DevOps features and/or similar tools (Boards, Pipelines, Repos)
