What You Will Do:

Serve as the lead point of contact for clients on all matters related to ServiceNow.Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow.Lead ServiceNow projects including facilitating and leading the work of development teams and leading all interactions with product owners and end users.Maintain frequent engagement with management and executive-level clients throughout all phases of the overall project and development efforts, including working-level meetings and executive-level briefings to iteratively present progress for review and feedback.Collaborate closely with technical teams in their efforts to develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team, provide feedback, perform testing, and facilitate training.Create technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.


What You Will Need:

Minimum Years of Experience: 5 years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Washington, DC metropolitan area 2-3 days per week unless remote.Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.Well-rounded technology consulting experience desired, to include ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct trainings.Experience working in an Agile environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands.Heightened attention to detail.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Knowledge of the capabilities of other low-code and no-code technology platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau.General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
