The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a ServiceNow implementation specialist to support our customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), in Omaha Nebraska This position is contingent upon award of the STRATCOM Information Technology and Lifecycle Services (SCITLS) program. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), Customer Service Management (CSM), and related ServiceNow modules, possess hands-on expertise in leading ServiceNow projects from inception through completion, and have experience supporting government clients within DOD and other federal agencies

Responsibilities:

Work closely with government stakeholders to ensure that the ServiceNow solutions meet business objectives and drive process improvements

Oversee the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-launch support

Manage the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HW/SWAM, and others as required

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment between ServiceNow capabilities and business requirements

Collaborate, design, and implement integrations with other enterprise systems such as LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), and API-based web services to ensure seamless connectivity between ServiceNow and client infrastructures

Communicate project progress, technical designs, and system functionalities to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and large client groups

Identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines, budgets, and scope are met

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design, testing, and training documents

Oversee development of reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics and other reporting tools in ServiceNow

Deliver user training and provide ongoing support for ServiceNow users

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth

Qualifications:

Required: 

A current TS clearance with SCI eligibility

Possess certifications as directed by DoDD 8140.x, such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalent

Proven experience in leading full life cycle ServiceNow implementations, including familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal, and Flow Designer within ServiceNow

Possess the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

Possess 2 or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, showcasing deep expertise in multiple ServiceNow areas such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, PSDS, CSM, or SecOps

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10+ years of professional experience; or 8+ years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree

Proficiency in AngularJS and Portal Development to customize user experiences, as well as ServiceNow Development APIs for building custom solutions

Extensive experience with Web Service Integration (API Web Services), REST, and SOAP ensuring ServiceNow seamlessly connects to external systems

Proven experience in LDAP Integration and Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and administration

Desired: 

Possess certifications as directed by DoDD 8140.x Advanced level.

A minimum of five years’ experience within the last ten years in Systems Architecture and MBSE.

Experience with DoDAF.

Experience utilizing architecture tools such as SPARX EA or Cameo.

Experience with complex system of systems engineering practices.

Experience with tool automation and integration technical auditing.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$99,000 - $217,700
