The role Join the SoftwareOne ITAM team and work with a group of consultants who consistently demonstrate their talent by building out next-generation SAM solutions for our customers. This team is responsible for advisory, design, implementation, and delivery of ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and IT Asset Management. As an (Senior) Consultant (gn) ITAM SAM Pro you will work in a team environment and you will do as follows: -providing consulting services around SAM Tools passionate about ServiceNow -providing SAM services and deliver a first class advisory of our services crafted to meet customers’ business needs. The main focus is to plan, design, implement and operate SAM strategies for on prem as well as cloud Software. Support owning the implementation and operation of small, mid and large multi-national Managed Services Analyse client’s situation and support in crafting the best solutions for it Build & establish SAM concepts & processes Establish continuous service improvements Ensure SLA and performance targets are met Creation of work you're doing like Software License Balances, Business Health Checks etc. Leading and participate workshops to different audiences in English (and/or German) language, adjust to the target audience and tailor the key message accordingly. Closely collaborates with other Teams, service practices and our global service centers Compliance & Governance consulting for on-premise and cloud software to our customers Be an advocate/consultant for our clients to implement SAM as a coordinated practic What we need to see from you 3+ years SAM experience or similar (e.g. software procurement, application management) Expert consulting skills: to be able to consult different customers in all structural levels in the wide space of Software Asset Management Project and Service leadership skills, including leading large projects content wise, leading distributed project teams with different cultural and language backgrounds Very good analytical skills Quick learner who has professional experience in delivering manged services to customers Proven track record with ServiceNow ITAM (SAM Pro) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher education in IT, business economics or a related field Proficient in English Nice to have: Delivery experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM Experience in Software volume licensing (Microsoft) Experience with other SAM Tools like FNMS, SNOW, Spider etc. Project management method certification (i.e.,IPMA, Prince2, PMP) ITIL certification or similar SAM Tool certification What we can offer: Lived things we value for an appreciative and encouraging working atmosphere!
