The successful candidate will serve as a ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM Subject Matter Expert as well as a key technical resource regarding the configuration, development, support, migration, and maintenance of ServiceNow implementation and have fluency in ServiceNow design and development principles that enables them to work with external development partners and key stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customers that leverage ITIL processes and best practices.
HOW A SERVICENOW ITOM & ITAM SME WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platformExtensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), including the implementation, configuration, and integration of key modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, and Asset Lifecycle Management. Proven ability to drive automation and optimization of IT infrastructure and asset management processes within large-scale environments.Utilize functional area expertise to assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational componentsWork with senior managers and executives to provide industry vision and strategic direction regarding their enterpriseGuide the determination of information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational goalsGenerate functional area strategies for enhanced operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organizationParticipate in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products.Implement configuration/customization of the ServiceNow application and facilitate the rollout of new modules and configure Application UI and workflowProvide ServiceNow architecture advisory support services including but not limited to architectural design reviews, code, roadmap design and prioritization, platform expertise, expert program/project guidance and optimization planningComplete internal system audits and actively monitor license utilization (ServiceNow applications as well as third-party add-ons)Maintaining required information security controls for the platformCommon services data model and ServiceNow data models, applying data governance strategy and considerations to maximize reuse of common data elements and to maintain high data qualityWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Technical Training, Certification(s), Degree, and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent years of experience4+ years specializing in ITOM and ITAMDemonstrated experience in delivering high value solutions from your customer’s perspective with direct experience with ServiceNow platform strategy, design, and operational executionJavaScript (or similar languages) experienceServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (CSA) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire is requiredFlexibility to support issues or planned activities after hours, weekends and holidays as neededPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
