Job DescriptionConducts onboarding workshops on process, technology or organizational issuesManages communication of Go-Lives for the assigned Onboarding SetSupports in the creation of training formats and materials Verifies training documents/formats in regards to specific the Onboarding Set requirementsQualificationsPrevious experience as a Communication Expert or Trainer/ Learning Development, as partIT/technical affinityProfessional experience in the management and implementation of marketing and communication measuresStrong communication, organizational and planning skillsKnow-how in visual communication, such as video shooting and video editing as well as a good feeling for visualization and presentation graphicsKnow how in maintaining internal pages, e.g. Confluence/Docupedia /Connect, etcProficient English skills, German nice to have.Amenable to work on shifting schedule and working onsiteAdditional InformationKindly attach your resume in your application.
