ServiceNow Operations Lead

Key responsibilities:
As the Operations Lead, oversee ServiceNow functional support services to meet customer performance, availability, service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.Provide guidance and help address blockers for team supporting ServiceNow from operations and deliveryServe as an interface for multiple sub-groups using ServiceNow for their needs.Drive completion of root cause analysis and resolution of outages or incident trends coordinating with infrastructure and technical teams.Identify areas for optimization for ServiceNow platform operationsWork under the guidance of the ServiceNow Platform Director to delivers project and support services within allocated budget.Ensures adherence of the ServiceNow Support operations team to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls. Oversees/manages contingent workers performing services across multiple ServiceNow projects. Responsible for the selection, on boarding and off boarding of contingent workers in a timely manner. Manages contingent worker project/task assignments and ensure work product quality.Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) with 10+ years of experienceProven experience in ServiceNow Architecture and functionality.Experience in managing teams working on ServiceNow platform deliveryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.Ability to work onsite Monday through FridayQualificationsEducation:
