overall understanding of the ServiceNow platform modules risks and integration possibilities The Architect is responsible for mentoring the team in solution design development and support of the platform The Architect will also collaborate with business stakeholders throughout the organization to assess and determine how the platform can be levered to increase efficiencies transform business processes and drive technology enablementPosition ResponsibilitiesKey Areas of Responsibility Mentorship a Mentor the ServiceNow Platform team comprised of developers administrators and analystsb Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams ensuring industry best practices ServiceNow Platforma Understands how to convert existing workflows into the ServiceNow standardsb Design end to end solutions on the ServiceNow platform maximizing out of the box featuresc Provides guidance to ensure that all updates enhancements changes and projects are completed with minimal bugs and defectsd Manage integrations with external systems via APIs REST SOAP and other methodse Manage multiple initiatives and workstreams simultaneouslyf Createupdate detailed documentation of all products including but not limited to design documentation technical operations support documentation and release notesg Develop UI changes within the platformh Relevant modules include but not limited to ITSM incident change problem service request CMDB Discovery Service Mapping HAM SPM HRSD Onboarding Employee Service Center Knowledge Management Virtual Agent HR AgentSOW Workspace Reportsdashboards and AI search Maintains governance in accordance with product and service ownersa Ensure all work adheres to standard work policies and best practices for development and platform maintenanceb Maintains
