Job Description As our ServiceNow Platform Architect, youll play a crucial role in ensuring our service management platform is future-ready, secure, and compliant. What Youll Do as our Solution Architect (ServiceNow): Lead the migration of critical systems (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB), ensuring a smooth transition by collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Integrate compliance into every aspect of the platform by embedding regulatory frameworks into workflows, security protocols, and configurations. Establish platform standards for configuration, integrations, and customizations to ensure scalability and consistency. Collaborate with IT Security on platform security, ensuring robust role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, and compliance with Insight Globals security policies. Work with cross-functional teams to architect future-ready service management solutions, adding new modules and capabilities that align with Insight Globals vision. Drive change management initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of platform enhancements and updates across the organization. Stay ahead of the curve with ServiceNow developments, contributing to our roadmap for future capabilities that meet evolving business and regulatory needs. Mentor and guide the ITSM team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or 6-8 years of relevant experience). Proven experience (7 to 10+ years) in platform and/or solution architecture roles, specifically in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB. Expertise in compliance frameworks, with the ability to design solutions that integrate security and regulatory controls. A track record of success in platform migrations, building scalable, secure, and compliant systems.
