Your Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Platform Lead Architect to design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal platform performance, integration with other enterprise systems, and adherence to best practices, enabling the organization to fully leverage the capabilities of ServiceNow. You will design and define the overall ServiceNow architecture to align with organizational goals and IT strategy, developing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM, CSM, App Engine, and Automation Engine. Lead complex workflows, automations, and integrations with enterprise systems, establish governance frameworks for compliance, security, and best practices, and maintain Master and Target architectures to guide development teams and support citizen development. Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to gather requirements, propose tailored solutions, and serve as the primary technical advisor while mentoring team members and driving process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
10+ years in IT Service Management & Architecture, 5+ years in ServiceNow-focused roles.Expertise in ServiceNow Solution Architecture, ITIL processes, and governance frameworks.Proven track record in complex ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and integrations.Deep knowledge of modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Source to Pay, PA, CSM, IRM, Creator Studio.Strong grasp of ITIL framework, CSDM data model, and ServiceNow development tools.Experience with multi-instance governance, best practices, and major platform designs.Proficient in Agile & DevOps methodologies; strong leadership & stakeholder management.ServiceNow certified (CMA, CTA, CIS-XXX); GxP environment experience is a plus.Your main benefits:
