Job Description

We are looking for a strong individual to join our ServiceNow Platform team in Intelligent Operations, GTO-TOP, Corporate Function-IT, in the role of a ServiceNow Platform & Integrations Engineer.

In this role, you will help lead this technology in the organization that enables and delivers efficiency through automation in IT and HR. You will be the face of the platform to our internal customers, providing technical guidance to the application teams on key platform developments and ensuring the platform runs efficiently and reliably through strong platform governance. You will also play a pivotal role in taking the state of the platform's health to the next level and improving the quality of the platform's foundational data to enable value creation with AI product capabilities. ServiceNow is an industry-leading, cloud-based platform that supports P&G's IT service management, IT asset management, knowledge management and HR service delivery/employee care processes.

You will also be instrumental in ensuring that our ServiceNow platform can communicate seamlessly with other technologies through system integrations to enable process automation for our internal customers.

This role is essential for organizations that want to increase operational efficiency and ensure high-quality data, which ultimately leads to better decision-making and service delivery. It encompasses several important tasks and functions within the organization.

Platform Governance

Drive sustainable productivity by enabling scalability and long-term adoption of the ServiceNow Platform

Deliver Upgrade- and Release Management

Innovation/Automation

Continuously raise the Platform’s maturity level through the relentless pursuit for automation

Deploy product improvements and new capabilities to support customers roadmaps

Integrations factory to drive productivity improvements through system integrations

Data Quality Management:

Data Governance: Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the ServiceNow Platform

Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data quality standards and metrics

Regularly audits data to ensure compliance with these standards

Reporting and Analytics: Utilize reporting tools to monitor data quality metrics and generate insights for stakeholders

User Experience & Continuous Improvement:

Feedback Loops: Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback on processes and data quality, leading to iterative improvements

Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Agile operations and data quality management to drive continuous improvement

Job Qualifications

Technical mastery: Must have a technical background, preferably in cloud/platform solutions and integrations, with a proven ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and a desire to try technology hands-on

Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively at various levels of the organization. Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

ServiceNow Proficiency: Expertise in using ServiceNow modules and tools

Data Management: Knowledge of data governance, quality assessment, and analytics

Agile Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile frameworks and practices

Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions quickly and efficiently

Vendor Management: Ability to work well in an outsourced environment with a fully capable technical team to bring transformations and key projects to life

IT Operations: ITIL Basic or Intermediate. ITIL Certification will be a plus

Passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the area of workflow management products
