**POSITION OVERVIEW**
**BDC has embarked on its digital transformation and is in the process of modernizing its products and services. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the implementation and optimization of the ServiceNow solution, with a particular focus on the ITSM (IT Service Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of ServiceNow, and an ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure success.**
**The selected person will join one of the squads in the Business Support and Productivity domain as a Product Manager. They participate in certain activities of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) process in agile delivery mode (i.e., designing, documenting, developing, and delivering user-friendly and scalable technical solutions).**
**CHALLENGES TO BE MET**
+ Define and manage the ServiceNow product roadmap in alignment with strategic business goals. All this in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders in the company.
+ Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders to realize the product vision.
+ Participate in the operationalization of the ITOM, ITSM, ITAM modules and the implementation of ServiceNow GRC and WSD modules.
+ Analyze user needs, identify problems to be solved and propose continuous improvements.
+ Assess the value of the work and prioritize to ensure the team is focused on the highest-value elements aligned with the product vision.
+ Work in an agile environment and continuously review operational needs, refine priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks based on evolving stakeholder needs
+ Track and communicate the team’s progress to interested stakeholders, which may include teaching them how to access and understand the team’s dashboard.
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
+ University degree in Business Administration or IT/Computer Science or any other related field
+ 5 years of experience as a Product Owner
+ Experience with Azure Devop & power platform would be considered an asset.
+ PSPO certification is an asset, as well as experience in the banking sector
+ Experience and in-depth knowledge of agile & DevOps processes and principles
+ Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., developers, QA, BA, Scrum Master, etc.)
+ Interest in the evolving needs of entrepreneurs and the realities of their ecosystems
+ Recognized skills in stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where objectives must be met within tight deadlines and sometimes with incomplete data
+ Growth-oriented, always curious to learn, and accustomed to problem-solving mode
+ Bilingual in English and French.
